This is our second year of PiWars, but we (the team) have known each other for far longer.
Most of us met at NI Raspberry Jam, which is a coding event we all went to each month, but we really got to know each other through other competitions like First Lego League and PiWars.

We bonded over a love for creating stupid and funny robots, and generally just messing around, but we've always managed to do pretty well in competitions. For example; we came in 2nd in First Lego League last year (we were robbed of a trophy), and coming eleventy-first in the 2019 PiWars (also robbed of a trophy).

Before Covid, we were based mainly in Queens Computer Lab, but now because of restrictions, we've been having Zoom meetings once a week. We've kept up the team spirit by keeping in touch - even if we aren't talking about robots - to play games or just have a chat.
By the way, this is what we looked like when we won second place at Lego League. Imagine how we're going to react when we win Pi Wars At Home.
